The Process

01. Initial Introduction

Clients typically reach out either via my contact form or through their wedding planner. I love hearing more about you and I am happy to send along a custom quote, as well as full galleries for review.

02. Consultation

I am always available for a video or phone chat to help get to know one another and answer any questions you may have.

03. Reserve the date

You have made your decision and it’s time to make it official! We do a little happy dance, then, to reserve your date(s) a digital contract and invoice with online deposit options are sent and completed.

04. Planning

I send a wedding information planner form about 2 months prior to the wedding weekend. From there, I will work with you and your wedding planner to create a custom photography timeline based on your specific and unique needs. I love to listen to your thoughts surrounding the weekend and based on my many years of experience will happily advise on things such as the best locations for light, portrait lists and timing to name a few.

05. Wedding Weekend

I am there, along with my creative team, to ensure the day is captured with a focus on both your experience and aesthetics.

06. Gallery Delivery

Within one week, typically 48 hours, I deliver a small group of highlights from the weekend to you to share, download and remember one of the best experiences of your life. At about 5-6 weeks of the wedding date, I deliver the entire edited gallery to you. All contracts include a usage license. The images are yours to reprint and share.
